Week 4: 12th - 16th May TERM 2

Highlights

• Start off strong this week with 5I assembly with a theme of 'Patience'. The school normally held the assembly on Tuesday morning each week with each class presenting a theme and word of encouragement also with a bible verse and prayer to uplift the spirit of the students for that week.

• Appreciating the donors for their support and help the school for feeding of our Senior Rugby Team (1st Fifteen) for they are boarding in school starting this week. Their coach Mr. Taholo 'Anitoni (Sport's Master) is running their training and getting ready for the Rugby season this term. Monsignor Fr. Lutoviko Finau of Ma'ufanga Parish with the president of 'Imakulata club presented to our Principal Fr. Valu Siua sm with their gifts of food and also money. Thank you and to all the silent donors as well know that you are all appreciated.

• Near the end of the week 'Api Fo'ou girls share their appreciation and thanks to Project Uplift represent by Ms. Michelle Withers, Ms. Abby McCormack and Ms. Georgie Tutt whom have had the pleasure of being with us and speak words of encouragement for our students with admiration. The girls sang 2 songs for them and presenting them with Tongan handicrafts appreciating the gifts they had been given the week before and finishing off this week delivering door to door with Ms. 'Isitokia Paasi.

• Closing off this week with a lunch celebrating Father's Day, the female teachers prepare a meal with a cake of appreciating the male teacher or the fathers' figures within our school. Thank you to all and Best wishes for Father's Day.
